Leading asset valuations, advisory work & strategic disposals, working closely with insolvency practitioners, lenders & business owners. Outside work: Enjoys spending time with his wife & 3 children & playing golf.
Kate Dion
Business Development Director
Kate is responsible for the strategic growth plan and operational development to maintain the highest levels of client service and delivery.
Outside work: She enjoys riding, gardening & eating out
Mark Hodgson
Director
Mark works with insolvency practitioners, accountants & lenders to provide valuation & disposal advice for business assets. Conducts site visits, inspections, prepare valuation reports & manage business sales.
Luke Hartshorn
Director
Luke works with insolvency practitioners, accountants & lenders to provide valuation & disposal advice for business assets. Conducts site visits, inspections, prepares valuation reports & manages business sales. Outside work: Enjoys sailing, cycling, fishing & gigs.
Emily Higginbottom
Associate Director
Emily advises lenders & insolvency practitioners across the UK, delivering valuation & disposal expertise to businesses of all sizes. Member of the IWIRC Midlands & North of England network, she will be the Yorkshire & North East Sub-Committee Co-Chair in 2026. Outside work: She is a dressage competitor with her horse Cairo.
Catherine Mace
Operations Support Manager
Cath is responsible for delivering efficiencies & processes. Outside of work: Enjoys time with her husband & two Labradors, fanatical Newcastle United fan, & love all sports Interesting fact: I won Pointless back in 2017! No money but have the trophy.
Robbie Potter
Apprentice Surveyor
Robbie provides valuation & disposal advice on machinery & business assets to a range of clients. His responsibilities include undertaking site visits, performing asset inspections, preparing valuation reports, & supporting other members of the team. Outside work: He enjoys golf, as well as other sports & music.
Carol Allen
Personal Assistant
Carol provides administrative support across the team handling email & phone enquiries, collating and creating marketing material for newly listed sales.
Outside work: She enjoys spending time with friends and walking.
Michelle Goulden
Executive Assistant
Michelle provides case management support to the team across valuation reports, asset disposals and wider case administration.
Outside work: Enjoys walking Wilson the dog in the Yorkshire Dales.
