Buy from BPI’s Liquidation Auctions

When businesses need to raise cash quickly, it creates an opportunity for buyers. At BPI’s liquidation auctions, you can pick up new, nearly-new, or used items at a fraction of the retail price.

Sadly, businesses across the UK close their doors every day. With over 10 years’ experience, we work with insolvency partners to help sell off assets, stock, and inventory and connect them with buyers like you.

BPI’s Bankruptcy Auctions

If you’re looking for specialist equipment at an affordable price, bankruptcy auctions can be the answer. These sales often feature items that are nearly new — and sometimes even unused, all at a fraction of the original cost.

When a company goes bankrupt, its assets — from stock and office furniture to machinery and tools — are sold to help clear debts. While we don’t test equipment, our catalogues give honest descriptions, and on-site viewings are always available so you can check items before bidding.

Why buy from liquidation auctions?

  • Great value – buy equipment for less than retail.
  • Range of stock – from machinery and vehicles to office furniture, electronics, and more.
  • Recent usage – many items come straight from businesses that were trading until recently.
  • Trusted platform – transparent bidding with the option to set reserve prices.

BPI runs hundreds of auctions every year, working with businesses and insolvency practitioners across the UK. Check our auctions page regularly to see what’s available.

Liquidation & Bankruptcy Auctions at BPI

What is a liquidation auction?

It’s a sale where a company’s assets are sold to help pay debts. This can include stock, machinery, vehicles, or office equipment. If a buyer can’t be found to save the business, assets are sold through auction to recover value.

How do liquidation auctions work?

We list assets online, market them to our buyer network, and manage the sale from start to finish. Buyers bid in our timed auctions, and sales are settled securely through holding accounts on behalf of the liquidators.

Can anyone buy liquidated stock?

Yes. Individuals and businesses are welcome. Once the auction ends, payments are made into a dedicated account managed for the liquidator.

Is liquidated stock new or used?

It can be both. Sometimes stock is brand new, sometimes it’s nearly new, and other times it’s second-hand. Auction listings always state the condition, and viewings can be arranged before bidding.

With BPI, liquidation auctions are straightforward, transparent, and designed to work for both buyers and sellers.
