Job Description

As a Digital Content Creator at BPI, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling digital content to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement with our target audience. In addition to content creation, you will collaborate closely with project managers on-site to identify key items for photography and video, design exciting social media content, collaborate on creating engaging video content based on big-ticket auctions, conduct market research, and use creative concepts to promote auctions and increase overall brand awareness.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Collaboration with Project Managers: Work closely with project managers on-site to identify key items for photography and video that can be used for promotion on social media channels, ensuring that content accurately reflects the scope and quality of our auctions.

Social Media Content Creation: Design and create exciting, engaging social media content aimed at increasing followers and driving traffic to our website. Develop innovative strategies to leverage various social media platforms effectively.

Creation of Engaging Video Content: Collaborate with project managers and industry experts to create captivating “day in the life of” commentary and engaging video content centred around big-ticket auctions. Utilise storytelling techniques to showcase the excitement and value of our auctions.

Market Research and Trend Analysis: Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform content strategy and decision-making.

Creative Promotion of Auctions: Utilise creative concepts and innovative approaches to promote auctions and convey messages to target audiences effectively. Develop compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience and increase overall brand awareness.

Qualifications/Experience 

At least one marketing related qualification is essential

Proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, and video production.

Strong design skills with proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and narratives.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and project managers.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyse data to inform decision-making.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and storytelling.

Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
