Leading Business Services (LBS”) has been engaged to assist in the sale of the business and assets, of a well-established digital out of home advertising company.

The Company intends to enter Administration shortly and, an application to Court will be filed in due course, providing the Company with a moratorium.

Due to the nature of the business, it is proposed that a sale will be completed via a pre-packaged basis by the Administrator upon appointment, which is anticipated to be on or around 20 October 2025.

Assets available for sale comprise state of the art high-definition outdoor LED advertising screens, one subject to a Hire Purchase agreement and a debtor ledger subject to an invoice finance agreement.

Following receipt of expressions of interest and a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement, brief sales particulars will be provided. Offers for the purchase of the business and assets as a going concern, by way of sealed bids need to be sent to LBS by 12 noon on 14 October 2025, together with evidence of funding.

It is the proposed Administrator’s intention to conclude a sale of the business and / or assets on or shortly after 20 October 2025, therefore when submitting your offer, please provide contact details of your solicitors to expedite matters and provide evidence of funding.
