As part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2025, we’re proud to be continuing our work with ANDYSMANCLUB, the men’s suicide prevention charity focused on breaking the stigma around mental health through the power of conversation.
ANDYSMANCLUB previously visited our business to deliver a session to the team, and we’re pleased to share that they’ll be returning this July to host another in-person session.
While their focus is on creating a safe, judgement-free space for men, this initiative forms part of our wider commitment to the wellbeing of all our employees. Everyone deserves the chance to talk, listen, and be supported in a space where they feel safe.
ANDYSMANCLUB operate over 270 free support groups across the UK, every Monday at 7pm (except bank holidays), with online groups also available. Their work supports 5,800+ attendees each week, led by a network of 2,500+ volunteers — all with one aim: to help one person, to save one life.

As this year’s theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is “community”, we’re proud to be part of a growing network of businesses championing open, honest mental health conversations at work.
