BPI has announced its support in the Bidpath Foundation Gavel Art Trail & Auction 2025, a nationwide event raising funds for three charities: The National Brain Appeal, The Brain Tumour Charity, and the International Children’s Palliative Care Network (ICPCN).
The Gavel Art Trail runs from 1 September – 31 October 2025 and features 15 unique gavel sculptures designed by artists across the UK. Each piece highlights the power of art to raise awareness and inspire support for important causes.
BPI is sponsoring “The White Rose”, a sculpture by artist Cathy Simpson. Inspired by Yorkshire’s white rose, its nature-themed design celebrates renewal and giving things a second lease of life, a theme closely connected to the auction world. The gavel is on display at BPI’s Head Office in Normanton, West Yorkshire.
David Boulton, Director at BPI said: “We’re proud to support the Bidpath Foundation Gavel Art Trail and Auction in aid of three incredible charities improving the lives of those affected by brain tumours and life-limiting conditions. By sponsoring a gavel, we’re helping to fund pioneering research, improve specialist care, and give a voice to those often overlooked.”
The charities supported by the trail provide essential research, early diagnosis, and specialist care for people affected by brain conditions, while also offering palliative support for children and families around the world.
