Responsibilities
BPI Auctions will implement, operate, maintain, review & improve an Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with BS EN ISO 14001:2015, ensuring effective management of environmental matters. The Directors are dedicated to integrating environmental responsibility into all company operations, including office activities, compound yards, and offsite projects.
Our key environmental commitments include:
- Reducing emissions and energy consumption across our operations.
- Using resources, such as water and materials, efficiently and minimising waste.
- Identifying and mitigating potential environmental risks in our processes.
- Preventing pollution and complying with all applicable environmental regulations and standards.
We are dedicated to minimising our environmental impact by preventing pollution and reducing waste, energy, and resource consumption.
Environmental Objectives
We aim to:
- Set realistic targets for reducing energy use and carbon emissions.
- Minimise the use of raw materials and increase recycling where possible.
- Encourage the use of renewable energy sources where practical.

We will ensure that all employees, suppliers, and contractors are aware of this policy and their responsibilities regarding environmental practices. Relevant training and resources will be provided to support these commitments.
Monitoring and Review
This policy is endorsed by our senior management team and is communicated to all employees. It will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant and effective. It serves as the foundation for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets. The policy is available to external parties upon request.
