An opportunity to purchase a distributor of high-end hair & beauty products with exclusive UK distributor rights for two well known brands.

We are pleased to present the opportunity to acquire a distributor of high-end hair and beauty products who also have their own recognisable brands.
Established in the 80’s, the company was incorporated as a wholesaler for cosmetic and pharmaceutical goods.
The company provides the wholesale of high-end salon scissors and other hair and beauty products and is the UK sole distributor of a high-end salon scissor brand and nail polish provider.
The company also has two of its own widely recognised brands within the UK market which would form part of the sale of the business.
The company operates from leasehold premises in the Durham area and has a dedicate group of 10 employees.

The Board is seeking offers to acquire the business and assets of the company.
