• The Company trades out of a North West industrial estate, with the lease term running to June 2031.
• The assets of the Company include a mixture of owned, leased and rented bottling equipment and drinks fabrication machinery. These assets were formally valued at £4.1m in-situ in 2024.
• Turnover has increased year-on-year as follows:

Y/E 2024 £7.0m
Period to Sept 2025 £5.1m

• In 2024 production was severely impacted by a mechanical failure within the Company’s bottling line.
• More recently a key client suffered major operational disruption resulting in the Company losing c£1.5m revenue.
• These events have had a significant impact on profitability and cash flow resulting in the company seeking a sale.
