BPI Auctions is committed to providing the best possible service to every one of our customers and endeavour to make sure your experience with us leaves you satisfied.
If we have not met your expectations and you’re not happy with the service, we have provided. Please find detailed our complaints process.

Call our team, they will try to resolve your complaint quickly and efficiently.

If you submit your complaint in writing, please provide a detailed summary to ensure that we fully understand exactly what your complaint is about and have a written record of it.
Once we have received your complaint, we will acknowledge this within seven working days.
What information is required when making a complaint?
Please provide the following:
• Your name and contact details
• Invoice number
• Nature of the complaint
• Dates and times, where known
• Copies of supporting documentation, if available
