• Self Assessment clients -(260 clients) £60,500 (this includes sole traders and partnerships but also directors’ of some of the Companies shown below).

• Limited company clients – (125 companies) £59,300. Mainly small/medium family size. A few dormant and a few larger ones.

• Payroll clients – (70 clients) £23,890. Mostly for Companies and self-assessment clients shown above. Also a small number of payroll only clients.

• Bookkeeping clients – (15 clients) £15,581

• Audit clients – (3 clients) £24,252.

• Independent examination (charities) – (3 clients) £2,680

• Other – Confirmation statements (60 x £51) £3,060, company formations (say) £200 P11Ds £464 total £3,724

Assets
• Work in progress – Estimated at £18,000 – £20,000. To be invoiced before 30 September.

• Goodwill – Established in 2002.
