With this in mind, we thought we’d share the details of some of our favourite auctions that stirred up a great deal of interest among bidders.
On the move
Enthusiasts will drool over our comprehensive selection of classic cars, vans and motorbikes, including VW Beetles and Campers, Minis, Ducatis, Alfa Romeos and Morris Minors, all with low reserves and 0% VAT. Our favourites include an iconic white 1974 VW Beetle Herbie and a VW Camper Bay Window Kombi, both of which are in excellent condition. Meanwhile, a classic red 1978 Alfa Romeo Guila 2000 race car is guaranteed to catch the eye.
If something a bit more luxurious is more to your taste, we have also sold Ferraris, Porsches and Aston Martins.
Alternatively, we have a brand-new inflatable boat for sale. The Infanta RIB is equipped with a Mercury 115hp outboard engine as well as Fusion Bluetooth, speakers and radio.
At home
The kitchen is the heart of the home – and we’ve had some stunning ones for sale at a fraction of the regular price. Elegant signature collections from manufacturers such as Mark Wilkinson and Smallbone of Devizes come with a recommended price tag of around £130,000 – however, they were snapped up for significantly less in our online auction.
It’s difficult to beat a classic watch or dazzling piece of jewellery – especially if they can be snapped up at a 24-carat bargain price. We have found new homes for an impressive range of jewellery, from diamond bracelets and necklaces to genuine vintage Rolex watches.
The great outdoors
Nothing says summer like relaxing in the garden with a cold glass of something fizzy – even if it’s only lemonade. But if your garden resembles something of a wilderness, it may be time to lavish the lawn with some TLC. We have a huge range of garden equipment, from chainsaws to leaf blowers and mowers to help tame even the most unruly jungle, all from top brands such as STIHL and Husqvarna.
Fancy sipping that fizz in your own hot tub? It may not be as expensive as you think… we have everything from hot tubs and steel frame swimming pools to sofas, gazebos and even luxurious timber buildings to transform your outdoor living space. Alternatively, smaller items such as patio heaters, terracotta pots and contemporary, top-quality barbecues are all offered for sale at a fraction of the RRP.
At work
We are one of the largest online auctioneers of surplus tool hire equipment, conducting sales direct from major companies such as Jewsons and Nixon Hire. Purchasing access and climate equipment, power tools, welders and road saws from respected manufacturers like Stihl, JCB, Bosch and Hyundai through BPI can save businesses a significant amount of cash compared with sourcing brand new equipment.
We also have a great selection of heavy plant and machinery, again from some of the UK’s leading brands. Even if quality second-hand equipment is in short supply on the open market, we always have a comprehensive range of machinery available, from diggers, loaders and dumpers to forklift trucks and air compressors.
