Their catering equipment auctions is another area that has seen considerable growth of late and as well as a number of quality ongoing auctions, BPI has recently successfully listed and sold a substantial new commercial oven, whose sleek, chrome finish will have made for a very happy buyer. In addition, a used Blue Seal Turbofan E35 Stainless Steel Convection Steam Oven was sold. This beautiful oven with time-driven steam system and electronic thermostat went really well.
